Aviation Mask 2006 (DERA):

MCT has been involved in various Defence and Aviation projects over the years. The services we are able to offer are perfect for prototyping and evaluation of this type of contract. Our most interesting was the Carbon prototyping for DERA and the US government of a potential new aviators face mask.

This was extremely challenging as the specifications for the accuracy and integrity of each component was to be perfect. The mouldings were manufactured in 1 cure and each component was 100% moulded. The Carbon fibre parts that we had produced actually over performed in all of the testing and evaluation processes during this whole program.
