CARBON LE MANS TURBO PLENUM:

The design brief for this Plenum was to be manufactured in 1 cure including all inserts, ferrels and integral hard points. This Plenum operates at 2.7 bar of boost over a 24 hour period and many of these parts have been in regular use since 2000. The complete exterior surface is moulded with some internal double moulding where required. A complicated double 12 ply overlap was used to ensure good structural integrity.
