CARBON WATER & OIL HIGH PRESSURE PIPES:

MCT has produced a number of pipes for both water and oil. 1000psi oil pipes @12mm diameter 1.5mm wall thickness, using Boron Ceramic fibres together with Carbon. Entire water systems operating @ 12bar including o ring & fixed flange fittings. All these parts have been tested and used in the harshest environment without failures, eg. 2000kms @t 20,000 revs. MCT has used Eutectic Alloy cores, HT wax, Ceramic dissolvable cores and silicone expanding tube methods to produce these complicated components.
