RAPIER 6 SR2 Sports car:

This entire project was produced by MCT from its conception, design and entire manufacture. The car utilises, due to regulations, an Aluminium Honeycomb Chassis. The car preformed all of the FIA tests with exemplary marks and together with excellent Wind Tunnel results the whole project was an engineering success.

All the patterns, jigs and fixtures were manufactured by MCT. A particular achievement was the Fabricated Bell Housing, which also located the entire rear suspension. This component was an outstanding component and in operation worked fantastically well.

The car currently has never qualified lower than 5 in class and has also achieved a number of POLE positions at tracks all over Europe. This project was a huge undertaking for MCT, however has been a great success, and for the car? It is still competing and attaining podium finishes.
