Material Handling

All materials are fully recorded on arrival at MCT`s premises and stored in a 15m/sq walk-in composite freezer. MCT uses a range of the top accredited UK suppliers for all of its products. Our control system means that MCT has a full component to roll traceability. MCT only uses approved suppliers to the composite industry, and all our consumables are of the highest grade.

Pattern Cutting

MCT uses a ZUND M1600 CNC pattern cutter, together with an Assyst Bulmer Digitizer and software.

Clave 1 has automatic cooling, and both 1 & 3 have cure trace recorders.

Cleanroom

MCT has a 15 person purpose built Clean area for laminating. This area is environmentally controlled and all of its personnel work within a strictly controlled regime. Future plans include the introduction of a PLYMAX system to ensure the highest level of work can be catered for.
